You provide accurate business information and timely feedback. We build the agreed website, include two revision rounds, and deliver a first draft on the agreed schedule. The project is $500: $250 to begin and $250 before public launch.
Agreement and project scope
These Website Service Terms form an agreement between Quick Launch Studios LLC (“Quick Launch Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “Studio”) and the person or business purchasing our services (“Client” or “you”). They apply together with any written proposal, checkout description, email confirmation, or other project summary we provide.
The founding Local Business Website package includes up to five pages, website copy based on information supplied by the Client, mobile-first design, contact-form setup, basic on-page local SEO, and two revision rounds. Anything not specifically included is outside the project scope and may require a separate quote.
Price and payment
- Total project price: $500.
- Project Start Payment: $250, applied toward the total.
- Final Launch Payment: $250, due after final approval and before domain connection, transfer, or public launch.
The Start Payment reserves production time and authorizes us to begin after we receive the required intake information. Once work has begun, the Start Payment is non-refundable because it covers reserved time and services already performed. If we cancel the project before delivering work, we will refund the portion paid for work not performed.
Client is responsible for domain registration, website-platform subscriptions, paid applications, premium fonts, stock assets, and other third-party costs unless we agree otherwise in writing. Late or failed payments may pause work and move the project to the next available production opening.
Schedule and client responsibilities
Our target is to provide the first working draft within seven calendar days after both the Start Payment and complete intake materials are received. This is a target, not a guarantee, and may change for additional scope, technical limitations, emergencies, or Client delays.
You agree to provide accurate business details, ownership or permission for all supplied text, photos, logos, trademarks, and other materials, plus reasonable access to domains and platforms when required. You are responsible for reviewing names, phone numbers, prices, service descriptions, legal claims, licensing statements, and other business information before approval.
If requested information or feedback is outstanding for 14 days, we may pause the project. The delivery schedule will restart based on our next available production opening after the missing items are received.
Revisions and approval
The package includes two revision rounds. A revision round means one consolidated list of reasonable changes submitted at one time. Revisions should be requested within five business days after each draft is delivered.
New pages, a new design direction after approval, replacement of most approved copy, advanced integrations, ecommerce, booking systems, custom applications, accessibility audits, ongoing SEO, advertising, or other expanded work is not a revision and may be quoted separately.
Written approval by email or another agreed communication method authorizes us to prepare the website for launch. Minor errors caused by us may still be corrected after approval.
Launch, ownership
and accounts
The website will not be transferred, connected to the final domain, or launched publicly until the full project balance and any approved additional charges are paid. After full payment, the Client owns the final custom website copy and custom design deliverables created specifically for the project, subject to third-party platform terms.
Quick Launch Studios keeps ownership of its pre-existing processes, reusable components, templates, systems, know-how, and tools. We grant the Client the right to use any of those elements included in the completed website for that website’s operation.
Domains and platform accounts should remain in the Client’s name whenever practical. Unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing before launch, Quick Launch Studios may display the completed project in its portfolio and marketing.
Third-party services
and performance
Websites rely on services we do not control, including hosting platforms, domain registrars, email providers, payment processors, plugins, search engines, and social platforms. Their availability, pricing, policies, security, and continued operation are governed by their own terms.
We will provide the agreed services professionally, but we do not guarantee search-engine rankings, leads, sales, revenue, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with every future device, browser, or third-party change. Legal, tax, privacy, industry-compliance, and accessibility advice or certification are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
Optional Website Care
The optional Website Care plan is $99 per month and includes up to three small content updates per month, routine checks of links and the contact form, mobile-layout and domain/SSL status checks, and a target three-business-day turnaround for eligible update requests.
Unused updates do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, advanced SEO, ecommerce, advertisements, booking systems, custom integrations, emergency support, and work requiring substantial new copy or design are quoted separately. The plan renews monthly until canceled before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund a month already started.
Cancellation, liability
and disputes
You may cancel by written notice. You remain responsible for work completed and approved third-party costs through the cancellation date. If payments exceed the value of work performed and nonrecoverable costs, we will refund the difference; otherwise, no further refund is due.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Quick Launch Studios is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from a project will not exceed the amount the Client paid us for that project.
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve concerns in good faith. These terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal proceeding must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Colorado.
Electronic acceptance
and contact
Paying through a checkout page that links to these terms, checking an acceptance box, signing a proposal, or instructing us in writing to begin constitutes electronic acceptance of these terms. If a written project agreement conflicts with these general terms, the written project agreement controls for that project.
Questions, cancellation notices, and project communications may be sent to contact@quicklaunchstudios.com.
